How much does an invoice cost?
$3.99 USD per invoice before any checkout coupon. Every template, color, font and logo option is included. You can preview your invoice before paying.
Can I change the design without losing my details?
Yes. Open Change template, choose a design, color and font, then select Use this template. Your business, customer, items and amounts stay in the form. Cancel leaves your current design unchanged.
Will my downloaded invoice have a watermark?
No. The online preview is marked PREVIEW. The PDF available after completed checkout omits that watermark.
Can I add my company logo?
Yes. Upload a PNG or JPG up to 2 MB. Transparent PNG is recommended. You can replace or remove it before checkout.
How are discounts and tax calculated?
Each line amount is quantity multiplied by unit price, rounded to cents. The invoice discount is deducted from the subtotal, then your entered tax rate applies to the discounted subtotal. Amounts actually paid reduce the balance. No tax rate is chosen for you.
Is an invoice discount the same as a checkout coupon?
No. An invoice discount reduces what your customer owes. A checkout coupon reduces the fee you pay us for the PDF.
Do you send the invoice to my customer or collect payment?
No. Download and share the PDF through your own process. Your confirmation email goes to the purchaser’s checkout email. This tool does not collect the customer’s invoice balance.
Can I return later?
Yes. Save for later creates a 30-day private resume link before payment. After completion, your private order link provides access for 90 days. Keep your links private and save your PDF for your records.
What happens with a long invoice?
Long invoices continue onto full US Letter pages, with repeated item table headings. Review every page using the preview controls. Up to 40 items are supported.
