BEFORE YOU BEGIN

A few helpful answers.

Which years are available?

Choose 2025 or 2026. Each year uses its own original IRS PDF, including the separate address boxes introduced for 2026.

Who prepares Form 1098-T?

Eligible educational institutions and their designated filers prepare tuition statements. Insurers may report qualified tuition reimbursements in Box 10. Students should obtain the institution’s actual records.

Are scholarships subtracted from Box 1?

No. Enter qualified tuition payments after applicable same-year refunds. Scholarships and grants are reported separately in Box 5.

What if the student’s TIN is unavailable?

Select that option and confirm the institution’s required written solicitation. The student TIN stays blank. Red Copy A is not completed, and this service does not perform IRS filing or certify solicitation on your behalf.

What does the price include?

$9.99 USD covers one student’s four-page PDF packet. Copy B is filled and red Copy A remains blank. Filing is not included.

Can I save and return later?

Yes. Save for later creates a private link valid for 30 days. Completed orders have private access for 90 days. Completed-order emails include your private access link.
